1. Introduction Welcome to Seeeks (“Service”), provided by A Secret Company, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service Seeeks provides audio processing tools for content creators. Our Service allows users to upload audio files to:
- Generate AI-driven transcripts, chapters, and summaries; and/or
- Perform post-production audio leveling and enhancement.
Users are provided with an interface to edit the AI-generated content before downloading the final files.
3. User Accounts To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. User Content and Licensing (The “Ownership” Clause) You retain all ownership rights, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any audio files, images (including cover art), text, or other content you upload to Seeeks (“User Content”). We claim no ownership over your User Content.
However, to provide our Service, we require limited permission to process your files. By uploading User Content to Seeeks, you grant A Secret Company, LLC (and its successors, assigns, and third-party service providers) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service.
This license includes, but is not limited to:
- Transcoding and adjusting audio levels.
- Processing data through Artificial Intelligence models to generate text outputs.
- Creating temporary copies on our servers or third-party cloud storage for processing.
5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate summaries, chapter markers, and transcripts. You acknowledge that AI is probabilistic in nature and may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive (“Hallucinations”).
6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
a. Pricing and Payment Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of fees (e.g., subscription plans or pay-per-use). You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
b. No Refunds; All Sales Final ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because the Service requires significant computational resources to process your audio files immediately upon upload, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
c. Exceptions While we are under no obligation to do so, A Secret Company, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole and absolute discretion in specific cases (for example, if a technical error on our end prevents the Service from processing your file). Any such refund or credit provided in one instance does not entitle you to a refund or credit in the future for similar instances.
A Secret Company, LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, tone, or quality of any AI-generated content.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before downloading, publishing, or distributing the finished product.
- No Liability: We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or defamatory statements contained in the AI-generated content, nor for any damages resulting from your use or publication of such content.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content You agree not to upload any User Content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., uploading music or podcasts you do not own).
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Is illegal, threatening, sexually explicit, or promotes violence or hate speech.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and delete content that violates this policy immediately and without notice.
7. Data Retention Seeeks is a processing tool, not a long-term storage vault. We may delete User Content and processed files from our servers 7 days after processing is complete. You are responsible for downloading your files promptly.
8. DMCA / Copyright Takedown We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact our designated agent at support@.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A SECRET COMPANY, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
