Who we are

Our corporate website address is: https://asecretcompany.com. We are headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, USA, and are governed by Local, State, and Federal law there. You can contact us at support@asecretcompany.com.

This privacy policy applies to all products, projects, and services provided by A Secret Company, LLC, including but not limited to:

1. Information we may collect

Information You Explicitly Provide

Across our products and website, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Full legal name and email address
  • Phone number
  • Credit card / billing information (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store card details ourselves)
  • Personal, project, or business information shared during account creation, podcast guest forms, or support conversations
  • Newsletter: If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address solely for that purpose. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

2. Product-Specific Information

Each of our products handles data differently depending on its purpose:

Seeeks.com: Audio files you upload and the transcripts/show notes generated from them.

Yourpods: Podcast subscription preferences and listening history, used to provide and improve your app experience.

3reate Podcast: Information you submit via our guest form or share during a podcast interview. This information may be used for promotional purposes across our podcast audience, email, and social media channels, limited strictly to the information you consent to share as a guest.

PhotoHelp: PhotoHelp is designed with a strict privacy-first approach:

Zero data collection. PhotoHelp contains no analytics, no tracking, no telemetry, and no crash reporting. We do not operate servers that receive your data from this app.

On-device processing only. All photo scanning, duplicate detection, hashing, and file-size analysis happen entirely on your device. Your photos, metadata, and EXIF data are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server operated by us.

Google Sign-In. PhotoHelp supports optional Google Sign-In to enable photo transfers to Google Photos. Authentication is handled entirely by Google’s Sign-In SDK on your device. We do not access, copy, transmit, or retain your Google credentials or authentication tokens on any server. When you sign out, the tokens are fully revoked and removed from your device.

Photo transfers. When you choose to transfer photos to or from Google Photos, that data travels directly between your device and Google’s servers — never through ours.

3. Automatically Collected Information

Website and select products (excluding PhotoHelp): We may collect non-personally identifiable analytics and product-use information to help us improve our software and services.

Customer Support (Crisp.chat): We use Crisp.chat to provide live chat support on our website. If you use our chat widget, Crisp may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and navigation path, along with any email or chat content you provide during the conversation. Please refer to Crisp’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

PhotoHelp’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We access Google Photos data only to perform actions you explicitly request (uploading photos, browsing your library via the Picker API).
  • We do not store, cache, or retain your Google Photos data on any server.
  • We do not use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the features you initiate.
  • No human at A Secret Company, LLC reads or views your Google Photos data.
  • We do not transfer your Google data to any third party.
  • Embedded Content From Other Websites

Our websites and show notes may include embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos, social media posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you had visited those websites directly.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content — especially if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted third-party platforms that support our business operations, such as payment processors for transactions and Crisp.chat for customer support.

Legal Compliance: When compelled by a valid court order or legally binding request under applicable law.

3reate Podcast: Information you provide as a podcast guest (via forms or during interviews) may be used for promotional purposes as described above.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request its deletion. To request a data export or ask us to delete your information, please email

support@asecretcompany.com or https://asecretcompany.com/support.
